By downloading, installing, or using Spinbrek ("the App"), formerly known as Pause Now, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Eag. Nguyen ("Developer"), an individual developer based in the United States.
Spinbrek is a screen time and focus management application that allows users to block distracting apps, schedule blocking sessions, set daily time and open limits, run focus and Pomodoro sessions, spin a wheel of alternative activities instead of unblocking, and track their habits. The App is available on iOS and Android.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using Spinbrek, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
Spinbrek offers a limited free tier that allows users to block up to 3 apps. Access to premium features requires an active subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Spinbrek offers the following premium plans:
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of premium features. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android. Your payment method on file with Apple or Google will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or the Subscriptions section of the Google Play Store (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies. For iOS purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android purchases, visit Google Play's refund page.
Subject to these Terms, Eag. Nguyen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

These permissions are used solely to provide the App's functionality. Granting them is required for the App to function as intended.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Eag. Nguyen does not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Eag. NGUYEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Eag. Nguyen's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eag. Nguyen from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Eag. Nguyen reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, Eag. Nguyen, or third parties.
Eag. Nguyen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice. Eag. Nguyen shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
Eag. Nguyen may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Eag. Nguyen operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eag. Nguyen regarding your use of the App.
